Order Cancellations
You’ve got 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.
• Restocking Fee: A flat $25 USD fee applies to cover processing.
• No Guarantees: If your order has already started processing or shipping, we may not be able to cancel it.
To cancel, email us ASAP at [email protected] with your order number.
✏️ Order Changes
Need to change your size, color, or shipping info?
• You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request edits.
• If your order has already entered fulfillment, changes may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges
We don’t offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges or provide store credit (where applicable).
Eligible for Return Within 30 Days If:
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ You received a defective product (we’ll cover return shipping if it’s our mistake)
Conditions for Return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags
• Must include original packaging
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is ours
⚠️ A Few Important Notes
• Limited-Run Products: Exchanges depend on item availability
• Final Sale Items: Some drops (like custom pieces) are not returnable
• Fraud Protection: In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit for security reasons
